Description
Kinnoull is located on an of an acre hillside and enjoys one of St. Lucia's most breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Island. The property consists of two villas linked together by a swimming pool and deck.
The interiors feature off-white tiled floors and contemporary and minimalist IKEA type furnishings. The main house features a cool living/dining room with TV and stereo. The doors and windows open from the sitting area onto the covered verandah. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own study area and a private balcony.
The guest cottage is a self contained one bedroom with a living/dining area and a kitchenette. The living room has a futon sofa bed and there is a bedroom upstairs with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
The large private swimming pool is located on a cliff and features a sundeck.
