Description
The Serendipity villa is located on a lush hillside on the Vigie Peninsula overlooking the picturesque scenic deep-water harbor and ocean beyond. The home is set in lush gardens and built on two levels.
The interiors feature off-white tiled floors and a mixture of contemporary and rattan furnishings in soft pastel colors. The top floor has a large southern facing patio that leads onto the sitting/dining room complete with fan and TV and stereo.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper level while one is located on a lower level. The master bedroom (king bed) has an en-suite luxury bathroom with bath and shower as well as spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom (queen bed) shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (twin beds). The fourth guest suite, located on the ground floor, consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting room and bathroom. This lower suite may be accessed both internally from the upstairs and from the lower verandah.
There are two verandahs at the front of the villa (both upper and lower levels) as well as a spacious pool and deck complete with a gazebo.
Please note that the villa does have household pets which may be kept in a fenced area, if preferred.
