Description
Villa Acacia is a light, cool and spacious villa, which has been extensively renovated by its new owners and is situated at Becune Point, Cap Estate on the northern end of the island. Set on a lush tropical hillside acre, it is completely fenced and gated and offers lush landscaped gardens and gently sloping lawns. The villa enjoys delightful breezes as well as views out to Pigeon Island National Park and across the Martinique Channel out towards the French island of Martinique.
Built on two levels, the interiors feature cool tiled floors, beamed ceilings and a delightful mix of tropical wicker and wooden furnishings comfortably upholstered with tasteful and brightly colored cushions. Entrance into the home is into the cool light living and dining room. This area is well furnished and equipped with Cablevision TV, DVD, stereo and an I-Pod speaker system. A series of dramatic sliding glass doors open onto an expansive front verandah off of the sitting room that is fully furnished with lounge chairs and a dining suite providing the ideal spot for alfresco dining. The back patio is very private with a covered sitting area and further shaded and open areas as well.
The kitchen is modern and feature charming pastel wooden cabinets. It is well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and stove.
Villa Acacia offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and three baths. The master suite features a four poster king sized bed, Cablevision TV and a spacious tiled en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with en-suite shower and the third bedroom another king sized bed with adjacent bathroom (not en-suite).
A separate ground floor annex is available for those guests wishing to accommodate a larger party. It offers an additional two air-conditioned double bedrooms with shared bathroom as well as a separate sitting area and kitchenette.
Outside, there is a large private swimming pool for enjoyment.
Anse Becune and the Causeway beaches as well as Pigeon Island National Park are approximately a 10 minute walk away from the villa while the Cap Estate Golf and Country Club is only a two minute drive away.
