French doors open from the dining room onto the courtyard, thus affording an al fresco feel to your dining experience. Adjacent is the 30 foot long galley kitchen, well equipped with modern appliances (modern stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with ice maker) and a breakfast bar with high stools. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen area flows through to the light and airy living room which is cooled with ceiling fans and has a large TV connected to cablevision. The guest cottage has one air conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed, a shower room, sitting room and a small kitchen.

The property is situated in a gently sloping, fenced and gated garden. There are two swimming pools, a large swimming pool and a small, shallow plunge pool with concentric steps - ideal for children or just sitting and relaxing. There is an 8 foot wide sundeck for sun lovers.
